Discussion of ways to facilitate the tenth exchange cycle of the cash transfer project

The Head of the International Cooperation department met with the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs Mana’a Al-Asal met today with team leader of the Emergency Cash Transfer Project at UNICEF Violet Warner.

During the meeting, the cooperation and ways to address the problems faced by the UNICEF-funded project and the World Bank were discussed at the ninth exchange session.

In the meeting, Al-Asal stressed the importance of strengthening efforts to make the project a success and taking the necessary treatments to facilitate the work of the exchange committees and all that would facilitate the disbursement of assistance to the beneficiaries in the tenth exchange cycle.

The leader of the transfer project team confirmed UNICEF’s keenness to overcome the problems that accompanied the recent exchange.

The meeting was attended by The Director of UN department Organizations Youssef Al-Faroui, and UNICEF’s10th Exchange Program Officer Mason Al-Aoudi.
