Branch of SCMCHA in Marib condemns the targeting of aggression in IDPs camps.

The Branch of SCMCHA in Marib governorate condemned the targeting of the U.S.-Saudi aggression aircraft to camps for IDPs in Wadi Dhaneh in The District of Sarwah.

In a statement received by the Official News Agency of Yemen (Saba), SCMCHA said that the warplanes targeted the al-Hayal and Al-Sa’in camps with six raids that caused significant damage to the property of the displaced, causing fear and panic among them as well as resulted in the deaths of dozens of livestock and cows.

The branch added the targeting was deliberate to intimidate IDPs and force them to migrate back to areas controlled by the mercenaries of aggression in an attempt to use them as human shields.

The statement indicated that the two camps are inhabited by more than 800 families and their locations have been known since their establishment five years ago.

The statement called on the United Nations and international organizations to play their role and to press the Coalition of Aggression to stop targeting camps for displaced persons, villages and populated areas.

Marib province was hit by more than 40,000 air strikes during the years of aggression, which displaced thousands of families and destroyed homes, farms, infrastructure and service facilities under international silence, according to the statement.
