Discussion of the work mechanism of the cash assistance project in Al Tahreer district.

Today’s meeting in Sana’a, chaired by the Head of the Centeral and technical committee- SCMCHA,  Eng. Anwar Hashem Allahigy,discussed the progress of the work at the biometric registration center in Al Tahreer district in the capital’ secretariat.

At the meeting, which included the chairman of the coordination committee in the capital secretariat Abdul Wahab Sharaf al-Deen, the director of Al Tahreer district, the head of the food aid committee in the district Moqbel Jaa’ad, Allahigy confirmed the importance of intensifying efforts and cooperation to implement the process of registering for the most needy families in the district, especially in light of ongoing aggression and the unjust blockade that caused the worst humanitarian crisis in the world.

He confirmed the importance of focusing on the most needy families and to deliver cash assistance to those who deserve it.

The head of Head of the Centeral and technical committee- SCMCHA touched on the mechanism and controls of the project in light of the agreements between SCMCHA ana WFP.

He affirmed the leadership’s keenness to correct the current imbalances in the disbursement of aid and to facilitate the delivery of aid to its beneficiaries in accordance with the priorities of need.

He indicated that the project comes out of concern to deliver aid to its beneficiaries who suffer the most under the aggression and siege.

While the attendees stressed the willingness to do their best to achieve the main objective of the project in delivering assistance to the most needy families.
