Resolution to establish the Supreme Council for Administration and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation.

The decision of the President of the Supreme Political Council NO. (201) for 2019 was issued today to establish the Supreme Council for the Administration and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation.

The resolution included (24) articles distributed over five chapters:

Chapter 1: Naming, Definitions and Creation.

Chapter 2: Goals, tasks and terms of reference.

Chapter 3: The Supreme Council, which consists of five branches.

Chapter 4: Supreme Council Finance.

Chapter 5: General and final provisions.

Article (21)The International Cooperation Sector at the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation shall be abolished and the Sector and its functions and functions shall be transferred to the Supreme Council established by virtue of this resolution.

Article (22) also repeals the decision of the President of the Supreme Political Council No. (178) for 2018 on the reorganization of the National Authority for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management ,the Authority and its functions shall be transferred to the Supreme Council established by this resolution.

The last article stipulated that this decision shall come into force  as the date of its publication ,and shall  publish  in the Official Gazette.
