Discussion the coordination mechanism between SCMCHA and the Passports Authority.

The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Ibrahim Al-Hamli, met today with the head of the Immigration department, Passports and Nationality, Major General Ismail Al-Moayad.

During the meeting, they discussed the mechanism of coordination between SCMCHA and the Immigration and Passports Authority, to serve humanitarian work.

In the meeting, Al-Hamli reviewed the challenges arising from illegal immigration to Yemen in light of the aggression and the siege.

He referred to the repercussions of the aggression and the siege and the burdens and aggravating suffering that it imposes, whether at the national level or for immigrants.

He confirmed the keenness to facilitate the work of humanitarian organizations in Yemen in the interest of the citizen and the target groups.

In turn, Major General Al-Moayad stressed the readiness of the Passports and Immigration Department to coordinate with the SCMCHA to serve the humanitarian work.
