Course forCouncil staff in the field of executive secretaries and automated information flow system.

A training course was held in Sana’a today in the field of executive secretaries and training on the automated system for the movement of administrative topics and tasks, organized by the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation.

The course aimed to provide 25 trainees with knowledge skills in how to use the automated secretariat system to clarify the importance of this in the conduct of the work and the speed of completion of tasks in order to improve the level of performance in the work .

Ibrahim al-Houthi, director of data  at the Council, reviewed the system’s mechanism of operation, the difficulties and challenges facing the work, the mechanisms for data flow and the possibilities available to carry out the work through the automated system.

During the course, participants were trained in the system’s application mechanism, data entry steps and other skills to implemente the work through the automated system.
