The Director of IDPs at the Supreme Council of SCMCHA, Khaled Al-Abali, and Director of SCMCHA branchin the governorate, Allan Fadil, inspected two camps for the IDPs in Hajjah.

Al-Abali and Fadil, in the presence of the representative of UNCHR in Yemen, John Nicholas, were briefed on the needs of the displaced for basic services in the Al-Jadaa camps and the Hoora Sports Stadium.

They heard from the camp’s organizers an explanation of the needs they lack in light of the increase in the number of IDPs, especially food, water and shelter.

Al-Abbali and Fadila called on the organizations to provide the basic needs of the camps, especially in light of the increasing number of IDPs, stressing their keenness to cover the required needs through coordination with humanitarian partners.
