Tawoos reviews the conditions of service facilities and IDPs camps in Bajil.
The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdul Mohsen Tawoos, and the Head of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, John Nicholas, were briefed today on the conditions of a number of service facilities in Bajil District in Al Hudaydah Governorate.
Tawoos and John , in the presence of Undersecretary of the Governorate Amer Muthanna Amer, the head of the Coordination Department of SCMCHA Faisal Modhesh, and the Director of SCMCHA branch in Hodeidah Jaber Al-Razhi, visited the central Bajil Hospital, the dialysis center and the charity bakery.
They also inspected the IDPs camp in Deir al-Ta’im al-North and Deir Kina in the city of Bajil.
Tawoos and his companions, the director of the Bajil district, Abdel Moneim Al-Rifai, and officials of the service facilities, have an explanation about the activities of these facilities and the difficulties they face as a result of ongoing aggression and siege, as well ad the necessary needs for the conduct of work, the needs of the district in the health, education, water, works, hygiene and humanitarian aspects.
The visits were accompanied by the head of the security unit in the eastern square, Colonel Qaawan Shwayan, the director of SCMCHA branch in the district, Mohieddin Shara, the director of works engineer Fadel Al-Qadimi,the director of the health Dr. Ibrahim Murshid, and a number of officials and social figures.
