Discussion the initial needs assessment form for IDPs.

The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdulmohsen Tawoos, discussed today with the Deputy Representative of the High Commissioner for Refugees, Iraj Emam Bardif, the initial needs assessment form for IDPs.

The meeting, which was attended by the Head of the Coordination Department of SCMCHA, Faisal Modhish, discussed the most important items that should be included in the form to contribute effectively to identifying the real needs.

In the meeting, the Secretary-General of SCMCHA confirm the importance of commitment of the rules of humanitarian work in providing aid and to respect the customs and traditions of Yemeni society when implementing any activity by organizations to avoid compromising its privacy.

He indicated the importance of continuous coordination with SCMCHA through the Joint Technical Committee to advance humanitarian work and ensure the delivery of services according to the actual need.

The meeting was attended by the director of SCMCHA branch in Hodeidah, Jaber Al-Razhi.
