meeting to discuss the performance of SCMCHA branch in Hajjah governorate.

A meeting in Hajjah Governorate, which was attended by Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdul Mohsen Tawoos, and the Governor of Hajjah, Hilal Al-Soufi, discussed today the performance of the SCMCHA branch in the governorate.

The meeting, in the presence of the director of the SCMCHA branch in the governorate, Allan Fadael, deputies and branch employees, reviewed the difficulties facing the work, the geographical nature of the governorate and the distance between its districts.

The Secretary-General of SCMCHA, Abdulmohsen Tawoos, indicated that the current stage calls for concerted efforts to overcome challenges, stressing keenness to review the governorate’s needs to guide organizations to submit projects as needed.

He pointed to the nature of the work of the SCMCHA and its branches, which necessitates activating ground visits to evaluate projects, take advantage of available opportunities, develop performance, identify needs and develop solutions.

Tawoos appreciated the efforts of the Supreme Council branch in the governorate, despite the scarcity of capabilities.

In turn, Al-Soufi appreciated the efforts of the SCMCHA and its branch in the governorate in providing projects that alleviate the suffering of citizens and contribute to overcoming the situation that the country is going through.

The director of the SCMCHA branch in the governorate reviewed the mechanism of work and project management in fields of development, service and food security ,despite the lack of interventions and the need.
