meeting to discuss the second phase of rural resilience project in Yemen.
The Head of International Cooperation of SCMCHA, Mana’a al-Asal, met today with Deputy Resident Representative of UNDP Nahed Hussein, WFP Director Dorti, FAO Director India Perlti and Director of the Joint Programme for Reliance project Ahmed Jamal .
The meeting, which was attended by The Vice head of International Cooperation department Ali Al-Kahlani, discussed the second phase of the rural resilience project in the Yemen as well as thr coordination and following -up mechanism to start the implementation of the project, and the importance of quick signing the coordination mechanism agreed between SCMCHA and the organizations implementing the project.
Al-Asal pointed out the importance of the project to withstand the rural community in the face of living challenges and enhance the ability of society to rely on the stability of livelihoods, stressing the importance of strengthening coordination between SCMCHA and the organizations implementing the project to alleviate the living conditions of rural citizens.
He pointed out the importance of implementing a third phase of the project to ensure the implementation of all its activities.
The meeting was attended by The Director General of International Organizations Turki Jamil, Director General of Projects Imad Hajar and Director General of Bilateral Cooperation Hafez Al-Shawqy.
