Tawoos discusses the needs of offices and service institutions in Hodeidah.

Secretary General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation,Abdul Mohsen Tawoos, confirmed the importance of assuming responsibility and working with full awareness of the exceptional circumstances of Hodeidah governorateand Yemen in general as a result of aggression, siege and escalation.

This came during a meeting chaired by Secretary General of the Supreme Council, Abdul Mohsen Tawoos, which included the acting governor of Hodeidah province, Mohammed Qahim, and first deputy governor Ahmed al-Bashiri, who reviewed the needs of institutions and service offices of electricity to ensure the continued provision of their services, indicating that the local authority takes care of the problems, needs of service offices and work to overcome them according to available possibilities, pointing out The governorate’s exceptional situation as well as the plots and plans to control it.

At the meeting, which was attended by The Commander of the Coastal Defense Brigade, Colonel Mohammed al-Qadiri, and the provincial security chief, Colonel Hadi al-Kahlani, Tawoos indicated the importance of taking remarks that would conduct the service and humanitarian work as well as take into account the exceptional circumstances that the province is going through.

He also affirmed that the Supreme Council will do the best in cooperating and overcoming the difficulties that may face the work and activities of service offices so that it can continue to provide its services to the citizens of the province, appropriating the efforts of the leadership of the local authority and the managers of service offices as well as the steadfastness of the people of the province in the face of aggression and confronting it for six years and dropping its colonial projects and plans, which the security and coastal defense agencies played a major role in thwarting them.”

Meanwhile, Dr. Khalid Suhail, Chairman of the Al Thawra Hospital , Dr. Majid Al-Idrisi, The Social Fund for Development Ali Al-Kamali, The Local Water Foundation Abdul Rahman Ishaq, The Office of Works Engineer Saleh Hamid, Rural Water Khalid Al-Dahwi and Electricity Bandar al-Mahdi, addressed the most prominent services and activities implemented during the past period and the most important needs required to provide each side with electricity, medicines, medical supplies, equipment and operational expenses,indicating to efforts to continue services and not to stop them.

The meeting was attended by provincial agents Abdul Jabbar Ahmed, Mohammed Halisi, Ali Peel, director of the Branch of the Supreme Council Jaber al-Razhi, director of tourism Abdul Ilah Al-Ahdal and the director of executive unit of projects Engineer Zeid Al-Murtada and Finance Mohammed Al-Washali.
