The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdul Mohsen Tawoos discussed today with the Qatari Director of the Children save Organization Xavier Joubert the ways to strengthen cooperation between the Council and the organization.

At the meeting, Tawoos stressed the importance of uniting and coordinating efforts, noting the importance of expanding the organization’s activities further to alleviate the suffering of Yemeni children who are in difficult humanitarian conditions as a result of the aggression and the blockade.

He pointed out the need to reduce operational expenses and implement projects that serve the citizens.                                                          He stressed that the organization’s foreign staff acquires large financial allocations while there are qualified Yemeni cadres.

Joubert praised the efforts of the Supreme Council in humanitarian work. He stressed the keenness to strengthen cooperation between the Council and the Organization of Children Save and provide all kinds of humanitarian support.
