Tawoos inspects isolation center at Kuwait University Hospital.

Secretary General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdul Muhsen Tawoos, inspected the quarantine center at Kuwait Hospital in Sana’a.

Tawoos along with the programme adviser at the United Nations Office of Project Services, Khaledoun Salem Saleh,briefed on the progress of the centre and the possibility of providing it with medical equipment and health support.

They listened from the director of Kuwait Hospital, Dr. Amin Al Junaid, an explaination about the center and its needs of medical equipment to face Corona.

The Secretary-General of SCMCHA stressed the importance of the interventions and support of UNOP in the implementation of the project to equip the quarantines at Al Kuwait hospital.

The program consultant at the United Nations Office of Project Services confirmed the office’s readiness to fully equip the isolation center at Kuwait Hospital and provide it with the necessary medical equipment to deal with the coronavirus.
