A meeting discusses with the Red Cross the possibility of supporting reforms.

The head of International Cooperation of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs, Manaa al-Asal, discussed today with the Deputy Head of the ICRC delegation, David Gutchman, the possibility of supporting central corrections.

The meeting, which included the UNDP Resident Representative, Sorayo, t the needs of emergency corrections for medical supplies, food and accommodation.

In the meeting, the head of international cooperation pointed out the services and activities of the Red Cross and the Development Program, calling for their expansion and sustainability.

Gutchman noted the ICRC’s willingness to carry out more activities in correctional facilities and in various fields.
