SCMCHA blames the aggression for the crime of targeting civilians in Sana’a.

The Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation expressed its great  condemnation of the fact that the planes of the Saudi-led Coalition of Aggression targeted civilians in al-Sabah neighborhood of Sana’a governorate with internationally banned cluster bombs, which caused the destruction of a house and the serious injury of a citizen and his three family members as a preliminary result.

The Council said in a statement today that this crime is not the first in a series of crimes committed by the Saudi Coalition of Aggression against civilians that they  have  the right to protection in accordance with international humanitarian law, denouncing the shameful international silence towards the targeting of innocent civilians in residential neighborhoods, homes and farms without respect for protected civilian objects.

The Council calls on the brothers citizens of the area and areas adjacent to al-Sabah a neighborhood to exercise caution and not to tamper with or capture or touch any foreign objects they may find  around.

The Council holds the countries of the coalition of aggression the consequences of these crimes against civilians, calling on the United Nations to carry out its humanitarian duty and pressure to stop the aggression and lift the blockade.
