Tawoos calls on organizations to intervene urgently and provide assistance to those affected in Aden.

The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation called on international and humanitarian organizations to intervene urgently and provide comprehensive emergency, food and medical assistance to citizens affected by the floods in Aden province.

“In view of the natural disaster suffered by our people in Aden province due to heavy rains and torrential rains, which increased the suffering of citizens, which is not hidden for everyone, it caused a major humanitarian disaster that left lives and serious damage to property,” the Council’s Secretary General said in a memorandum addressing international and local international organizations.

The Council called on organizations to intervene urgently and provide humanitarian assistance to those affected by Aden province, stressing that the Supreme Council will work to provide all necessary facilities for organizations to deliver humanitarian aid to the people of Aden.
