Supreme Council sets free number for receiving complaints.

The Supreme Council for The Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs has identified the toll-free number for receiving complaints and activating communication with the target audience via hotline 8000488.

The Council confirmed that all complaints and inquiries related to humanitarian work and related matters concerning displaced persons and affected persons will be received throughout the republic governorates .

The Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs called on individuals and relevant authorities to deal with this number to achieve in the public interest of beneficiaries and humanitarian workers.

The statement stressed that this service comes in accordance with the directives of His Excellency Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, to activate the services of receiving complaints from citizens and working to solve them.

The Council stressed the keenness to adopt steps that will enhance transparency, involve the community in monitoring , developing treatments and solutions , and clarifying the mechanisms of assistance and related procedures .
