The General Secretariat of the Council for Humanitarian Affairs celebrated the anniversary of the martyrs.

The Branch of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for The Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Hajjah governorate today organized a cultural event on the anniversary of the martyr under the slogan “With their blood we win.”

At the event, which was attended by a number of provincial leaders and officials and social figures, The Director of the General Secretariat branch of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Allan Ali, considered the virtues of celebrating the anniversary of the martyr as a reminder to the community of martyrs and their sacrifices in order to defend the homeland.

He pointed out the importance of drawing lessons from martyrs in giving, altruism and sacrifice for the sake of pride and dignity.

He stressed the virtues of the importance of establishing the values on which martyrs are motivated and caring for their families and care,Strengthening the principle of social solidarity towards the families of martyrs is not limited to this occasion.

He explained that the promotion of the principle of social solidarity is the finest form of faith identity and social heritage of Yemenis, which was promoted by Islam and required by contemporary reality in words and deeds.

Judge Abdul Majid Sharaf al-Din, a member of the Association of Yemeni Scholars, pointed out the greatness and sanctity of the occasion, which is important from the blood and sacrifices of martyrs who gave their lives cheaply in order to defend the homeland.

He explained that the martyrs sold themselves to Allah, so they won their trade and Allah lined them up to be those whom Allah distinguished from the status and raison of other servants.

Judge Sharaf al-Din stressed the need to commemorate the occasion in keeping with the blood of the martyrs and the principles and values for which they were sacrificed.

The event included poems, theatrical and singing poems that expressed the gift of martyrs and their sacrifices.
